Site privacy

Privacy policy

This policy describes how livinton.dev handles the information sent through the site's forms and how third-party tools related to operations, communication and payments are managed.

Information you can send

  • Name and email when you fill in a form
  • The content of the message you choose to share
  • The minimum context needed to reply

How the information is used

  • Replying to sales or technical inquiries
  • Following up on requests about services and products
  • Keeping a basic record of conversations received

Data recorded when you send a form

Along with your message, the site stores the page you wrote from, the language, the IP address and the browser. They are used to reply to you and to stop automated or abusive submissions.

Messages are kept for 5 years and then deleted. The IP address and the browser are deleted sooner, after 12 months.

Site measurement and cookies

The site measures how it is used in order to improve it. On your first visit it asks whether you accept measurement cookies. You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookies” button at the bottom of every page.

  • Google Analytics 4, through Google Tag Manager: records page views, clicks and form submissions. If you accept, it uses the _ga and _ga_6LPM7WEQHS cookies. If you reject or have not chosen yet, it uses no cookies: it receives signals without an identifier, which cannot recognize you from one visit to the next. It never receives your name, your email or the content of your message.
  • Microsoft Clarity: only runs if you accept. It records how each page is used (clicks, scrolling and cursor movement) to detect usability problems, with the _clck and _clsk cookies. The email you type into a form is masked and is not recorded.
  • Cloudflare Web Analytics: measures page load and performance. It uses no cookies.

Your choice is stored in the lv_consent cookie for 180 days. The site also counts how many people accept and how many reject: only the choice, the language and the date, with no IP address or identifier.

The light or dark theme preference is stored in your browser and never leaves it.

Security and infrastructure

  • Cloudflare hosts the site and stores form messages. As a network intermediary, it processes the IP address of every visit.
  • Cloudflare Turnstile checks that whoever sends a form is not an automated program. It loads only when you touch the form.
  • Resend delivers the emails: the notice with your inquiry and the confirmation you receive.
  • Google Fonts serves the typefaces. When they load, your browser connects to Google servers.

Your data

To review, correct or request deletion of the data you sent, write to [email protected].
